I’m Alton McCallum, an executive coach passionate about helping leaders grow in clarity, purpose, and resilience. With a diverse background as a military officer, athlete, educator, counselor, and business leader, I bring a multidimensional approach to coaching leaders who want to thrive in both life and leadership.
Through my work at Outsider Consulting, I support executives, business owners, healthcare professionals, and faith-based leaders in cultivating purpose, emotional intelligence, and strong organizational culture. I coach with the belief that when leaders understand their “why,” they make more impactful decisions and lead from a place of wholeness.

In addition to executive coaching, I serve as the Founder and Clinical Director of Insight Counseling and Training Center, where we provide mental health services and leadership support across Central Texas.
