I’m Danica Koestner, a leadership coach and personal growth facilitator who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations navigate challenges, lead with purpose, and grow with intention. At Outsider Consulting, I specialize in supporting leaders and change-makers through complex situations and seasons of change.
