I’m a leadership development expert for high-stakes teams, helping organizations thrive under pressure through strategic consulting and tailored coaching. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, executive coaching, and organizational development, I bring both hard-earned insight and deep empathy to every engagement.
From Combat Leadership to Executive Coaching
My leadership framework was forged in the U.S. Army. While military leadership often evokes “rigid hierarchy,” I experienced a transformation—from top-down control to agile, decentralized execution. That shift shaped how I coach today: blending empowerment with accountability and strategy with empathy.
After graduating from West Point with a degree in psychology, I completed Ranger School and later served as an instructor. I led combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, where I navigated complex negotiations and change management—building trust with tribal leaders, restoring governance, and helping stabilize Eastern Ramadi. These high-stakes environments sharpened my understanding of leadership, culture, and human dynamics.
Following my military career, I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling and launched a leadership development firm. I’ve coached executives, founders, and senior leaders across industries including logistics, technology, finance, construction, healthcare, public safety, and engineering. Whether in coaching, facilitation, or advisory roles, I help leaders make better decisions, shape healthy cultures, and lead with clarity and courage.
