Michelle Palladini

As an Executive Coach, I bring a passion and authenticity that shines as I help others achieve their goals. My approach is holistic and collaborative, and my specializations include:

  • Developing active listening and effective communication skills
  • Managing conflict from a neuroscientific and self-reflective lens
  • Developing personal mission and vision statements
  • Practicing mental fitness

I am widely respected for my leadership expertise and an unrelenting dedication to community collaboration. As a Deputy Chief of Police in a Boston suburb, I lead my team on a daily basis to operate with the highest professionalism, while also tending to their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. My organization has thrived through trust, transparency and accountability.

I love taking my work outside of my community, as a national public speaker, trainer, and professional coach/consultant. I regularly provide crisis intervention training, as well as leadership, mental fitness and wellness seminars. As a coach, I work to help leaders assess strengths and growth areas from a whole-person perspective.

I hold a Masters degree in Law Enforcement Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College.
