I’m Sharon Brown, a certified HR coach and consultant who helps purpose-driven organizations strengthen their teams through people-first leadership, compliance expertise, and values-based HR strategy. With over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership, I support nonprofits, Christian organizations, and small businesses in aligning their HR practices with their mission and legal responsibilities.
