2. Key Topic Class
We design our classes to present new information or fresh perspective, drive discussion and inspire action. Example topics include leading with courage, mentoring, feedback, the human dimension, and suicide prevention.
3. All Hands Meeting
The all-hands meeting is a critical event in the company’s year It’s a chance for team members to re-connect, learn, and see where the company is going. There’s no better opportunity to create and maintain a healthy culture.
We will come alongside your leader team during the planning process and find ways to increase the ROI of this event. On game day, we’ll integrate the key topics and facilitate conversations to meet your objectives.
“Leaders see the long game. They have a mindset of lifelong improvement for themselves and those they lead.

Accountability Culture – Lessons from Reporting a War Crime
Professions want to be self-policing. But bystander intervention is not easy. Allowing a peer to tell me “you’re wrong” isn’t easy.
In 2005, Justin Watt was in Iraq. His peers committed and hid war crimes. When Justin was told what had happened, lack of evidence, the code-of-silence and self-preservation made a strong case to be silent. He was not.
Justin and Jamey have told his story countless times to empower audiences toward the right action, no matter the cost. They’ve watched professionals confront the implications of their own mantras – like “snitches get stitches” – and change their minds. They know the cost of bystander intervention. They also know its necessity. They are ready to help you strengthen or change your culture.
